Discounts and Policies for Science of Mind and Spirit Classes at CSLGJ

Discount
A 10% Early Bird Discount is available to anyone who registers and pays in full 14 days before start of class.
Scholarships
Scholarships might be available for people who do not have the financial means to pay for classes. Please check with Rev. Anna Scott or your teacher to apply.
Class Auditing Policy
Students who have successfully completed any certificated class may audit the class for a 50% discount within three years following initial class completion. Classes may be audited as many times as desired. An auditing students is requested to do all homework assignments and projects. An auditing student will not receive a new certificate. However, the auditing student will be entered in CSL Grand Junction’s database as having audited, which may be necessary to meet the requirements for Professional Practitioner or Ministerial Studies.
Payment Policy
Classes must be paid in full by the last class meeting before a certificate of completion may be issued or before a student may register for another course. While tuition for classes can be paid in full before the class begins or at the first class, a payment plan may be arranged with the approval of the instructor.
Receiving a Certificate for a Complete Science of Mind and Spirit Class
In order to receive a certificate for a Science of Mind and Spirit class, you must complete all homework and financial payments before the last class.
Class certificates are processed through the Centers for Spiritual Living in Golden, Colorado and take up to six months to be received.
Class Schedule or Content Modifications
Any modifications to scheduled classes after the class begins will be discussed within the class and agreed upon by both student and instructor.
Absence Policy
NOTE: For anyone in the Inward Journey class and throughout the Practitioner Training classes, only one absence per each 10 week segment is permitted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available when tuition has been paid prior to or at the beginning of the class sessions, based on the following:
For 10-week or longer classes, the notification of dropping a class is made within three (3) weeks of the starting session.
For 8-week classes, the notification of dropping a class is made within two (2) weeks of the starting session.
For 6-week classes, the notification of dropping a class is made within one (1) week of the starting session.
To request a refund, please inform the teacher that you need to drop the class and why. If your request is within the allotted time frame, a refund will be generated.
Class Cancellations
Classes may be cancelled if there are not enough students. If this occurs, all payments will be refunded immediately through the Center’s accounting office.
Online Classes
Online classes are available for students if they live 30 miles or more away from CSL Grand Junction or have special made arrangements with Rev. Anna Scott.
